Island Publishing Services, the publishing wing of Caribbean Printing, puts out a dynamic range of B.V.I. tourism guides. The BVI Welcome Tourist Guide, first published in 1971, is the British Virgin Islands leading tourism guide. A glossy, full-coloured magazine published six times a year, the Welcome features lively articles on people, history and locales of the B.V.I., along with reference information on lodging, charter boats, dining, activities, shopping and transportation. 165,000 copies are printed annually and distributed through points of entry, hotels, charter boat companies, ferries and other tourist facilities.
			Other IPS publications include the BVI Restaurant and Food Guide, an annual magazine featuring some of the B.V.I.'s most popular restaurants, caterers and food establishments, as well as articles on local and international cuisine. A new website (www.bvirestaurantguide.com) is also available. The Limin' Times is a weekly entertainment guide featuring events, sports and local commentary, plus television specials and movies. B.V.I. Welcome Online (www.bviwelcome.com) is the B.V.I.'s most comprehensive information website featuring articles from the Welcome magazine, entertainment happenings from the Limin' Times and detailed listings on accommodations, charterboats, shopping, dining, transportation plus a plethora of other tourist related services and activities. Close to a million visitors have logged onto this popoular website since it was launched.
